I’m Chris Martinez, founder of Total Safety System, an Army Veteran, Certified Safety Professional (CSP), and someone who believes that no one succeeds alone!

My journey in safety began during my time in the U.S. Army, where I learned the importance of discipline, accountability, and looking out for the people to your left and right. After transitioning out of the military, I brought those values with me into the world of occupational safety and health — helping businesses protect their teams and create safer, more productive environments.

In 2021, I earned my MBA because I believe in being a lifelong learner and wanted to bridge the gap between safety operations and business leadership. That mindset drives everything I do — combining real-world experience with strategic thinking to deliver practical solutions that actually work on the ground.

I work primarily with construction businesses, but I'm open to helping anyone who’s committed to improving safety and doing right by their people. What sets me apart is my ability to facilitate honest, productive conversations — the kind that bring leadership and frontline workers together around shared goals.
