1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, any services offered by Total Safety System (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the purchase or receipt of any safety-consulting, audit, assessment, training or support services (the “Services”). By accessing or using the website or Services you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or engage our Services.

2. Services

We provide safety consulting, system assessment, hazard identification, leadership coaching, training and ongoing program support to industrial, manufacturing, logistics, construction and other operations. Our Services are provided on the terms set out here and any separate Service Agreement.

3. Access & Requirements

You agree to provide accurate, complete information when requested and to maintain and update it if needed. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the website and Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Payments & Fees

Fees for our Services will be as set out in your quote or service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, you must pay in advance or according to the payment terms agreed. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of Services.

5. Term & Termination

Your Service Agreement will state the term. We may terminate or suspend Services immediately if you breach these Terms or fail to pay. On termination you must cease use of any materials and return or delete any proprietary content as requested.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations) is our property or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publish or create derivatives without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you under or in connection with these Terms shall be limited to the aggregate fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential losses, lost profit, or business interruption.
